Teen Straight Talkwas founded by Roland and Mary Duke in 1989, and began serving in the Trumbull County, Ohio school system. The Teen Straight Talk main office is in Vienna, Ohio. In April 2001 TST began serving the Spartanburg, SC community. In November 2001, the Director received training and certification from the Ohio office. The Spartanburg, South Carolina branch was incorporated in May 2002, and received its 501 (c) 3 non-profit status in August of 2002. TST-SSC has conducted over one hundred twenty-one presentations, serving Spartanburg's religious, educational and civic communities through:

TST-South Carolina has served within the US as well as in the Republic of Zimbabwe and in cities of South Africa.
We believe chastity outside of marriage is designed for protection by a loving Heavenly Father and is a basic Biblical standard. We believe that total abstinence from pre and extra marital sex is God’s best for mankind.
